- The driver didn’t bring my package on the first day it was supposed to be delivered, and it was extremely late on the second day so I had to request to pick it up at a drop off location. That is extremely inconvenient, and I’m very unhappy with this experience. I had to spend more money just to get the package, when it should’ve been delivered to my house as planned.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
