took 4 days . which according to ground is 4 days allotted. the issue is canpar app says out for shipment on day 2....no show.... on day 3 the tracking said out for delivery today .....no show then finally it said out for delivery day 4 Delayed.

The driver didn’t bring my package on the first day it was supposed to be delivered, and it was extremely late on the second day so I had to request to pick it up at a drop off location. That is extremely inconvenient, and I’m very unhappy with this experience. I had to spend more money just to get the package, when it should’ve been delivered to my house as planned.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
