took 4 days . which according to ground is 4 days allotted.
the issue is
canpar app says out for shipment on day 2....no show....
on day 3 the tracking said out for delivery today .....no show
then finally it said out for delivery day 4
Delayed.

Not the model I ordered and shipping took much too long.Delayed. Incorrect items. Poor communication.

The driver didn’t bring my package on the first day it was supposed to be delivered, and it was extremely late on the second day so I had to request to pick it up at a drop off location. That is extremely inconvenient, and I’m very unhappy with this experience. I had to spend more money just to get the package, when it should’ve been delivered to my house as planned.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
