    My medical supplies are continuously delivered to the wrong place. I was notified of delivery and my package has not been delivered to me. I always have to track it down on my own, and have to go pick it up. This is horrible service. Every time !!!

    Purolator is the WORST courier service. Every single parcel shipped using this outfit does NOT go to the designated address, instead it goes to the depot for pickup. As a senior citizen this is extremely inconvenient as I no longer drive which is why I order online for home delivery. I am not alone in this complaint about Purolator deliveries. Unprofessional.
