- My medical supplies are continuously delivered to the wrong place. I was notified of delivery and my package has not been delivered to me. I always have to track it down on my own, and have to go pick it up. This is horrible service. Every time !!!

- Purolator is the WORST courier service. Every single parcel shipped using this outfit does NOT go to the designated address, instead it goes to the depot for pickup. As a senior citizen this is extremely inconvenient as I no longer drive which is why I order online for home delivery. I am not alone in this complaint about Purolator deliveries. Unprofessional.
- Adult signatures required, and I did not sign for it. The driver just left it in a common area of thd building and signed themselves Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
