Will not follow instructions and will not leave in secure spot if they have to open any kind of door. Not coolLeft in wrong spot. Poor communication.

Ontrac is horrible they will only leave on ground outside no matter if the building has a corridor or not it’s ridiculous Left in wrong spot.

They refuse to open any doors even if they are unlocked on an apartment building and will leave packages on the ground in the rain where it can easily be stolen. I wish Abercrombie would stop using ontrac I’d rather wait an extra week to get delayed shipping from a legit carrier

Left at the wrong apartment but at least they took a picture so I could find it. Left in wrong spot.
