- Package was left outside the apartment rental office, not outside either of my apartment unit doors. Tracking shows package was delivered at 11:47AM, but I wasn’t notified until 12:25PM. Because the package wasn’t delivered to my apartment unit and there was a 38 minute delay in notifying me of delivery, the package was unfortunately stolen. This was completely avoidable. Since I was home at the time of delivery, if it were delivered to my apartment unit, I would have retrieved it before theft.Left in wrong spot. Poor communication.
