Found out my 263lbs playhouse for my Granddaughter was delayed because it was heavily damaged while on the truck and out for delivery. They also came 2 hours early 2 days after the first delivery attempt for the delivery appointment without any notification. The box was ripped open, parts were shoved under the band straps that secured the 2 very large boxes to the pallet. Everything was exposed and any parts exposed were filthy, scratched and large gouges that went right through the plastic partDelayed. Damaged.
