Found out my 263lbs playhouse for my Granddaughter was delayed because it was heavily damaged while on the truck and out for delivery. They also came 2 hours early 2 days after the first delivery attempt for the delivery appointment without any notification. The box was ripped open, parts were shoved under the band straps that secured the 2 very large boxes to the pallet. Everything was exposed and any parts exposed were filthy, scratched and large gouges that went right through the plastic partDelayed. Damaged.

Wouldn't permit inspection... Abusive, Confrontational, Dangerous Man. Physical altercation resulting in minor injury. Horrible Experience!Unprofessional.
