I have contacted Amazon to send my messages to all courriers delivering my packages. I have both clearly explained and indicated that all of my orders to be taken upstairs to my apartment and not left in the lobby in a public area where anyone can help themselves to my orders. This is unacceptable and the delivery service from the couturiers whether or not iltgese courriers are employed by Amazon or my deliveries are contracted out by Amazon to third party courriers. Terrible service!Left in wrong spot.
