How does a package arrive in St. Louis then goes to Peria I’ll then Chicago then comes back to St. Louis. Delayed.

Item wasn’t even delivered!! First off USPS help sucks they were no help just told me order was delivered when it obviously wasn’t. Second had to call company and get them to send a replacement. This is my cats medicine that is needed! These USPS employees should not be marking things as delivered when they have not been. Highly disappointed.
