My item is seriously damaged. The packaging box was not secure it look as if someone had stepped on it and therefore damaged the item inside. I was at home when it was delivered the delivery person did not knock or ring the doorbell even though it was raining. Now for me to get a replacement not only am I being requested to send it back at my expense but the item is now out of stock to who knows when. Damaged. Unprofessional.
