Hello, finally the order finally arrived, but the v3 arrived, not the v7 as I had spoken with you to modify the order, but the most serious thing is that it arrived incomplete because it arrived without the metal band and I had already paid for it and they charged me. I would like to return this, I am really very dissatisfied with the purchase and I wanted to lose another one for my family. a fonde I send it back or how do I get my money back. It arrives super late and also incomplete the ordDelayed. Incorrect items. Poor communication.
