I had 3 Temu boxes and when I scanned the barcode, the door open and closed, so I could not get it once it was closed. My front office couldn’t get it either and I did not realize I could come here to report as I also tried contacting the Temu Company to no avail. It’s an Ireland company. Maybe this may work? TYSM!
