because the exchange failed to put my actual apartment number address I was not going to receive the parcel until I informed the driver I was supposed to receive one showing the tracking number in my ID I was then handed the package out of the back of the USPS drivers vehicle. Delivered on time. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place.
