I was told my products had arrived, both from the AfterShip app and the USPS link my order provided. I was in school when I got the notification, so after I got out I drive home super excited just to see no package(s?). I checked the mailbox 3 times. It’s no where on the car port either. Super upset about this, wanting store credit and/or refundPoor communication. Unprofessional.
