I ordered graduation boxes to give out as gifts. Instead of shipping the boxes unassbled they put the boxes together inside of a big box and now all of my boxes are damaged. Delayed. Damaged.

I payed express shipping it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days not 5 waste of 90$Delayed. Unprofessional.

Received delivery from UPS on June-8-2022. Package was placed on the back porch and I really appreciate that. It came from a Michaels w my crafting supplies. Sometimes my packages are left out front and I have concerns about that. Thank you UPS for protecting my supplies and notifying me of their delivery. I really appreciate all of the notifications as well. 😁😆👍Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Delivered early. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place.
