Technically early based on some measurements however it went through so many places and changed the delivery time so many times.

My package somehow got delivered to someone else’s address under a different name and a different city when I contacted U PS for more information on what happen with my package they told me that I may have been the victim of a scam. But I still don’t understand how the shipping company allows the package to be delivered to a different address when it should’ve been delivered to my address
