it's 30 degrees below zero here in North Pole, AK. it literally makes 100 degree difference as to where mail is delivered, regarding mail box vs post office. as this was ( mistakenly) marked to be delivered via UPS, I know they deliver directly to the physical address, no freezing issues. mail via USPS is either: left in our neighborhood outside lock box.oversize items must be picked up, no freeze. this? small enough to be delivered to outside box. frozen. if marked correct, I would have prepareDamaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
