SpeedX is the worst delivery service I have experienced. I've encountered many issues with their poor service, and nothing seems to improve. If you're in a secure building, the driver will automatically cancel the delivery without attempting to deliver the package, even if you leave specific instructions on how to enter. Additionally, SpeedX lacks sufficient contact information and relies only on chatbots to handle problems. I will definitely avoid using their service in the future.Delayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
