shipment was delayed and tracking failed in Sydney leading to no updates on when it got to Melbourne and was only regained when it was on the truck for delivery which failed to deliver the day it said it was out for delivery, along with no updates regarding change in delivery date when it was delayed Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

- My package was left at the wrong house even though it was supposed to be signed for. Luckily, we noticed it on a neighbours driveway even though we were told a woman named "Megan" signed for it. The neighbour's name is not Megan and was obviously not signed for as it had been left in the middle of her driveway. No photo evidence was given either, even though that was a requirement. Left in wrong spot.
