Delivered on time. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Friendly service.

The courier didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. We were in and out of the front garden all morning, waiting for this delivery. I went upstairs for 5 minutes, came down and found a SORRY WE MISSED YOU card in our postbox. I had to walk across town the next day to get my parcel from a collection point. Will never be using FedEx/TNT.Poor communication.

Didn’t get a warning that it was going too arrive then come home too a missed parcelPoor communication.
