Needed this product before Oct 21 when I reached out to the company to have expedited, I didn't get a response back at all other than that the order was confirmed. CC was charged BUT NO COMMUNICATION BACK BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order barely arrived and the package was ripped on the back invoice receipt barely visible no ink. Very disappointed with Jacqui business. I had to purchase alternate Birthday gift for a very lovely dear friend( which would of enjoyed on her day)which we call sunshine. Delayed. Damaged. Poor communication.

Wrong sizes for items. Missing metalic green beon skirt but it says Ive received it.Incorrect items.
