Lack of updates. When it was delivered, it was nicely placed at my door and no damages. Personally think it was the seller and no fault to the courier who deliveredPoor communication.

Left wrong house! I got the pic but the neighbor won’t give it to me. This driver was careless!!! I’m fighting company for refund they don’t want to pay ! $60 item delivered to wrong house Unprofessional.
