The boxes were damaged I wanted to use them for unboxing. Thankfully the products were fineDamaged.

Ich war zu Hause und es gab eine Ablageerlaubnis, beides ignoriert, ich war angeblich “nicht anzutreffen”. Es wurde auch nicht geklingelt.Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

Paket konnte angeblich nicht zugestellt werden. Obwohl ich den ganzen Tag zu Hause war, hatte niemand bei mir geklingelt. Ich musste das Paket daher am nächsten Tag in einer Filiale abholen. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
