Item not delivered to my apartment someone was home and no one rung my bell I can’t be spending money and workers keep stealing my package Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Was excited on the 31st when some one was going to be home. slammed wasn't handled with care. have video surveillance upon request. poorly packaged entire damp from what ever was used to try and keep it cold. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
