Por mas veces que le comunicamos a la empresa Urvaam que el pedido debia realizarse antes de las 14:00h y haber programado una fecha de entrega gestionada por la propia empresa NUNCA hicieron caso a estas indicaciones, demorando aún más en entregar el paquete. Ami ni me respondieron, tuvo que escribir otra vez mi pareja para que al menos a el se dignaran en responder y dijeran que ya lo habían comunicado para que luego el repartidor nos dijera que el nunca tuvo constancia de estoUnprofessional. Poor communication.
