Time frame for shipping exceeded what is told, even for busy times. There was no way of communicating this entire time, I was never able to locate a phone number & chat never responded. I received several different shipping/tracking numbers, never knowing which one was accurate. Finally receive items & the protective seal is broken, along with the measuring cup. I’ve been very excited to use the product as I’ve heard good things, I’m just disappointed in the delivery process. Delayed. Damaged. Poor communication.
