Happy about the condition of the fragile item.
the delivery was slow and late however Well protected parcel.

Item was ordered Feb 1 with express shipping of 5-8 days ($10) it is now Feb 19 and the package just arrived. Very disappointed with this service/shipping, item purchased was a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. Thought I had plenty of time ordering two weeks before Valentine's with express shipping, boy was I wrong. Will never use UBI Smart Parcel again.Delayed.
