Absolutely no tracking once in the United States. Mailman never rung my doorbell and left a tag inside my mailbox but marked the package delivered. Etsy kept saying it was delivered while I never received it.
I had to talk to the post office manager and I waited at the end of the day for the mailman to show up. I waited over an hour and they had to close.
The manager called me half an hour later to inform me that the mailman finally showed up.
Big thanks for the manager who made miracles happenPoor communication.
