The AfterShip app says my package was delivered to my front door at 11am yesterday and I got home from work around 4:30pm and it was nowhere to be found. Also the UPS app says the same thing and I cannot get ahold of anyone to figure out maybe if they delivered to the wrong door or whatnot. It's a very important package that I need ASAP. Even though the website has the correct address, the wrong one listed on the label. Also, it was transferred from UPS to USPS without my knowledge. I had called UPS and they told me about the transfer, and did not explain why it happened.Delayed. Unprofessional.
