Hello, I want to report a quality issue with the product I received. The quality is not as expected, especially the stitching/material and overall finishing. I am concerned that the product may not be durable and could get damaged during normal use.
Please review this issue and provide a replacement or refund as per your policy. I can provide photos/videos of the defects if required.
Thank you.
Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
