I returned Victoria’s Secret shirt they sent me the wrong color and the solution was resolved talking to the bot. There was an agent. I spoke with they let me pick out a campus tee shirt of my choice and the size so I did once I did that I had 30 days to return this item again it was the wrong color so that’s why I returned it and they were genuine enough to send me a replacement and I’m just very happy. They received their shirt back and I couldn’t believe how quickly they received it so thank Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Package came very quickly really never have a problem when I’m getting Victoria’s Secret packages through USPS now there was one incident, but it was through the FedEx. I had a package that was damaged that contain seven items they must’ve been able to fix the problem, but there must’ve been a leak at one point and it was definitely from one of my bottles because it gets stuck when you’re trying to spray yourself with it, but anyways, I didn’t know if that package was gonna end up at my door andWell protected parcel.
