I paid qlot of money for a good product and the product is absolutely great. my issue is I paid 30 dollars extra to get it to me before my husband's grandmother's funeral and it came a day later then it was supposed to be so needless to say we are beyond disappointed about this order.
I tried to reach out to anyone from customer service and it just kept saying everytime that they were looking for someone to help me same thing when I called. I tried calling again 2day been on hold for over an hrDelayed. Poor communication.

Says it was delivered to my door and it no where around my house or my mail box. There wasn’t even a ups in my neighborhood around the time of apparent drop off. Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Friendly service. Delivered early.
