The whole experience with FedEx was a nightmare. This company twice claimed that they couldn't find our home, even though every other major carrier had delivered to our place that week without issue; it seems like the driver didn't want to lift the item up a small flight of stairs, which is his job. the item ended up being 3 days later than it should have been, which defeated the whole point of getting the gift.Delayed. Unprofessional.

instructed to call on arrival, package left in full view of the street and package was missing minutes after driver left. this was the second time. delivery was attempted, first at wrong address, second in full view of the street and no calls either time. Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

with the bike was scratched and scuffed on one fork pretty bad, and one reflector was broken off! I'm not real happy

I am handicapped and my apartment door was open. They did not inform me that they were just leaving the order outside the door, instead of bringing it inside my suite. I had a terrible time getting it inside. This is a senior residence and over half the people are handicapped. Other than that the delivery was fine.
