When I purchased these orders, there weren’t any problems with my postal address and no indication that there would be problems having to deliver any of my purchases but this is the second time I ordered a few stuff and is returned to sender.

FedEx needs to do a better at communicating and making sure their packages are delivered to their customers. I was supposed to get my package on June 30th and didn’t get it until July 5th. That is ridiculous. Only until I opened a tracing investigation did I finally get my shoes. Just simply unprofessional. Delayed.
