The delivery driver didn’t even knick or ring our ‘ring door bell’ and left the parcel at out front door and left. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

the cookware I ordered was broke & the box was too....not happy! I can not find a return address? please help! I will send a picture Of the broken merchandise if you need one?Damaged.

This "TRACKING #" belonged to someone elses <10lb.> package, which was delivered to 1242 Woodlawn Boulevard, South Bend, IN 46616...NOT to MY ADDRESS at 19835 Southland Avenue, South Bend, IN 46614.
MY package would have been MUCH lighter (in weight)!
'Shipper' has been informed (via EBAY) of their error.
I am currently waiting for a reply AND remedy to the problem. My item HAS been paid for, and I expect to have my purchase delivered as planned!
We'll see... Left in wrong spot.
