Our fedex driver on 4 separate occasions has left packages at the wrong addresses. And not the same one. It’s like he throws it where he wants. Additionally my 135.00 part was marked as delivered so Samsung will not refund the part. So because of the drivers incompetence I am out 135.00 for the part and almost 100.00 in money I’ve had to use taking my laundry to the laundromat. Left in wrong spot.
