I am disabled, I need face to face delivery, as I am in a power chair and can't bend down to pick up boxesDamaged. Poor communication.

two thumbs up. bag was torn but inside was intact with minimal spillage of cat litter. overall I'm satisfied Delivered on time. Delivered early. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
