Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Tracking showed that the package got to the nearest hub, but then went to the wrong town. Next, it went across the country to Seattle. It finally returned to my area and was delivered. Delayed. Poor communication.
