The driver didn't even know about my second(this item)package until I told him while delivering the first package. where do you get these drivers?

Delayed but only for a few days due to weather conditions other than that everything is great. Delayed.

Delivered early. Delivered on time. Friendly service. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

It was ripped opened when I received it and nothing inside. Very disappointed with the courier, how could this happen? Please improve Unprofessional.

There was no notification nor any proof of delivery photo via email that Intelcom normally provides that this shipment was delivered to my apartment. I received a notification via Amazon that this shipment was delivered when in fact it wasn't. So, I checked my building and 3 Washington to see if it was mistakenly delivered there. When I was leaving 3 Washington, I saw the Intelcom delivery person come out of 1 Washington, having delivered my parcel to my apartment. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
