Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Federal Express consistently fails to bring packages to the porch. We call customer service every time but it does no good. We try to use retailers other than Walmart whenever possible because Amazon, UPS, and USPS deliver to the house. Left in wrong spot.
