I have been in touch with Amazon so many times for this delivery, as driver was sitting in 1 location for 45 mins and when asked the chat agent they said they can not help. Even I was not given 1 hour slot or window for that delivery. Despite of that fact being prime member not given the accurate time. Feeling disappointed. Poor communication.
