I was expecting 3-5 business days since I paid for premium so why I paid 11 dollars for it to come as it should be like 17 days Delayed.

I wish there were more updates after it was "tendered for delivery". Otherwise, the remaining experience was great. thanks

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Contacted before delivery.

updates were not withen a timely fashion. only was notified package was shipped 5 days after when I asked support.
no updates when reached Sydney for almost a week.
