Mail carrier did not follow delivery instructions at all and left notice in mailbox only saying no secure delivery place. Was supposed to pull up honk horn and i go and retrieve package. Didn’t sound horn at all. Pulled up to mailbox threw notice in and left. I was standing on my porch and seen this with my own eyes, carrier didn’t even look my way. I have had a package stolen because of this carrier, she is incompetent Unprofessional. Damaged. Poor communication.
