I don’t know how this person still has a job if they do this all the time. I have video from my doorbell camera of him literally throwing my package from the sidewalk where my steps are to my front door. The outside packaging was damaged as well as the boxes for the products inside. I have not had a chance to try the actual products themselves to see if they are damaged or not. If any of the actual products are damaged the company will be getting contacted. Unprofessional. Damaged.

My package says it was delivered in “the mail room”. The package was NOT delivered and even if it was, there is no “mail room”. There are mailboxes that are open and exposed to the driveway that has a GIANT sign from the leasing office saying, “DO NOT DROP PACKAGES OFF HERE. DELIVER TO DOORSTEP” because it is not a secured “mail room”. My package was either never delivered or stolen because the deliverer did not deliver it to the correct location — MY ADDRESS/DOORSTEP. THESE ARE CHRISTMAS GIFTS!Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
