I was lied told that I’m not allowed to complain to fedex or escalate the call or even file a claim. But fed ex has admitted this is 100% their fault. The. I was hung up on. My only recourse is to cancel my own fedex account because they are treating me so bad as a recovering customer. The agents name is Asa. March 19, approx 745p mo in tiny time.
