Happens every time where the package location is off, example received an update 11/19 package arrived in Whittier, CA update on 11/20 arrived in Salt Lake City, UT (Utah is home), next update 11/23 departed customs at LAX, LAX, USA, update 11/23 delivered to destination country LAX, LAX, USA 11/24 out for delivery Lehi, UT. Or maybe it is not off & really does leave Whittier, CA come to Salt Lake City, UT then goes back to California turns around & arrives back in Utah idkPoor communication.

I wasn't happy with the delivery! I requested to leave my parcel on the porch but the mailman left it in the mailbox. I received my parcel yesterday but he/she left it in the mailbox and one of my item was damage. So I'm sure who's to blame but im very disappointed. Contacted before delivery.
