On ne m’a même pas appelé le premier jour et le deuxième jour il on changé de livreur et j’ai du rater une journée de travail Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

As courier had not found my phone number which I obviously supplied with my order, I had to pick up by myselves. That’s obviously not a big deal, but i’d like to be informed on a self pickup beforehand.

The fedex driver stole my package. He took a picture of the box in front of my doorstep like he delivered it, and the box with him Unprofessional.

we needed to pickup our parcel at a FedEx store because we live in a double locked apt building. We cannot ever receive parcels at home. FedEx got the message and delivered the package at a close FedEx store. It was easy and alleviated our stress about being able to receive our purchase. Thank you very much!Delivered on time.
