So I’m located in Australia and looks like my shipment has been returned to sender. I’ve tried contacting my supplier and I’ve not heard anything. If this is how UPS treats international customers I will source suppliers outside the USA. Absolutely disgusted in UPS and my supplier for the lack of information/communication Left in wrong spot. Poor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.

it says they delivered to an individual, nobody was home to deliver it to. I don't know where my package is
